After an entertaining talk by John Atkinson on his cruise aboard the Brixham Trawler, Pilgrim, last week WPCA members will be treated to more member’s sailing adventures when Alison Stephens and Chris Forrest talk next Tuesday about their sailing in the Mediterranean. They bought their Oyster 406, Muskrat, just before the outbreak of Covid and have spent much of the last couple of years unable to sail her. Last summer though they were able to get back on the water and they enjoyed several weeks cruising in the Aegean. Their talk will include some of the difficulties of owning a boat in the Mediterranean as well as their sailing adventures and plans for this season. The talk is sure to be of interest to all local sailors, many of whom have raced dinghies against them in the past. The presentation will start at 8.00 p.m. with the bar open at 7.30 p.m.
