Recent glitches with the Email System
You may recall that recently the email system failed to deliver to Chris and Tess Reid, and to Roger Randall.
I had a Zoom with two of the Wix guys on Thursday, and they confirmed that there was a glitch in the Wix backend which has now been fixed.
It's good to have an explanation. Although annoying that it happened while the email system is in its infancy.
And I hope it doesn't happen again.
Oh and by the way, the email system works better if attachments are PDFs rather than DOCs.
Jane, our Email Queen, has already sussed that out.
